1. Tell me about the banks in our country. What does they look like?

I think that there are lots of banks in Korea. We can see them everywhere. Also,they are usually located near subway stations, bus stations, or companies. When you walk into the bank, you can see a lot of

chairs where customers can sit and wait for their turn. We should get the number tickets and when 

our number is called, we can take care of our business. However , since we have internet banking
these days, we don’t have to go to the bank anymore. We can take care of our business on the smartphone.

It is much easier and faster than before. It’s more convenient . Therefore, I use internet bank ing the most.

 

2.  Tell me about the things that you do at the bank. What kinds of things do you
usually do?

There are a lot of things to do at the bank. I will tell you about the basic activities that I do at the banks.

 At the bank, I can open or close an account I also make wire transfers I sometimes get my credit card issued. However, now we can take care of our business on our smartphone. It is faster than before. So, I don’t have to go to the bank anymore. I just open the bank application and take care of things.
Therefore, I think that the banking system has become a lot faster than in the past.

3. How have banks changed over the years? What were banks like in the past?
How were they different from the banks today?

I think that the banks have changed a lot. In the past, there was no i nternet banking, so people had to visit

the bank to take care of their business. The worst thing about the bank in the past that we waited for a long time. It took more than 1 hour, so I didn’t like going there. But now, we have i nternet banking We can take care of o ur business on the i nternet and the smartphone as well. It is faster than before, and it is

very convenient
